What if Zoom isn’t receiving the video feed?

Zoom can only receive an external feed from VMix with certain settings.

Suggestions

Step 1: Double-check that VMix is sending an external feed.

Step 2: Make sure the Zoom camera input is set to “VMix”.

Step 3: Double-check that the camera is powered on and the mode dial is set to video.

Step 4: Double-check that all camera connections are wired properly.
