Rev. Beth Scibienski
INTERIM PASTOR
In April 2024, we welcomed Rev. Beth Scibienski as our Transitional Pastor. For the next few years, we will be engaging in healing and rebuilding after an issue of misconduct. For our statement of transparency, click here.
Beth has over 30 years of executive leadership experience where she has led and managed change. She has started businesses, merged non-profit corporations, designed and restructured organizations and developed funds.
Beth holds a BA in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication, an MDiv from New Brunswick Theological Seminary and was trained in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance by Heidrich and Struggles through Rutgers University. She has specific certification in Transitional Leadership.
She is the author of Who is God when We Hurt? a pastor, caregiver wrestles with grief, loss, faith and doubt and a contributing author of Sustaining Grace, innovative ecosystems for new faith communities.
She is a stepmother and a grandmother. She enjoys cooking, reading and gardening. There are always two books on her nightstand but if she is honest, she's enjoying couch time with her Bernedoodle, Sam.
